Okay I thought I would update everyone... I have lost a total of 163lbs since last January... 128 of that is from surgery... I have gone from wearing a size 28-30 to now I am in a 14 almost in a twelve.. this is as of April 20, 2005.  I have another 39 lbs to get to my goal of 150lbs... I am so excited...Please send me words of encouragement... I need to make this goal by June... I hope and pray I will ... Thanks for all the support you all have given me... I needed all of you!!
