The Journey
The journey has finally begun
The Fat lady has sung
No more chocolate cakes
No more ribeye steaks
Just learning to love me
That's simple as can be
But it's really not as easy as that
It just seems there's so much fat
Dieting & Exercising is the first part
The second is learning a new start
With our emotions and issues of health
Not solely relying on ourselves
I've already started changing into the new me
The one that longs to be free
Free of this burdensome shell
To finally break free of this living hell
To be completely whole
Because my life has taken it's toll
This is such a drastic change
But my life begins again all the same
I pray for health, wisdom and love
But most of all I thank God above
For giving me the strength to win
For the ability to become the woman within
Thank for this chance to begin again
